Can I counter Bloodseeker with Euls?

I'm really new to dota and most of the times in low level games, people us riki, sniper or bloodseeker.. I know you can counter sniper's ulti with euls.. But can i counter his bloodrite with euls?

Yes, you can either Eul's up right before the silence hits, also avoiding the damage. Or, you can Eul's after you're hit by the blood rite, and purging the silence off of you.

TP's are a better counter to his ult, but he's just talking about his AOE silence.

And his ulti Rupture, I could just TP to fountain to counter right?

Yes, Eul's is a great item for almost any situation.
Correct as well, if you just double tap the hotkey for your tp, it will automatically tp you directly into the fountain. This saves you the trouble of having to click and then aim your tp.

Works best on a tank and works worst on a squishy. Say you're Pudge, though...Man, will you have a field day against a BS as long as you have Blade Mail.
