Confusing.
All I'm saying is as a guy whose seen both sides of it, the penalty is too harsh for one side. It's one thing if you waste everyone's time with a late game no connect, a simple decline should not hit you so hard.
Or better yet, keep the 10 minute wait and put a warning on the decline button, because with it the exact same size as the accept button, there's not enough disincentive to click it.
I agree with a timer button on the accept/decline option. Then again in the new dota 2 version...it takes literally about 3 seconds to find a match and load to the lobby...so I had no issues there...
