Pudge, but only kinda. The only similarity is that he pulls people towards him, but it can affect allies as well, so even that's pretty loose.
If you're suggesting they make a hero like Blitzcrank, eff that. Blitzcrank is the second-most anti-fun "support" (He carries a laning phase if he has ANY intelligence) to play against, right behind Thresh. We don't need them screwing up Dota, considering laning can already be a hell if put in the right matchups.
Clockwerk, you go to them though while stunning anything near them or gets in the way of you after it lands. (Also hits creeps/heroes while only stunning/damaging enemies)
