Report a translation problem
Translation and detecting the language should be no problem as that has been figured out. and with stuff like deepgram you can voice2text translate even voicechat. Speech synthesizers have been figured out too. So voice to translated voice is possible, but even only textchat would be awesome.
As long as you can turn it on or off it should be fine.
Volvo make this with battlepass money.
You see alot of russian-speaking players because the game is POPULAR among CIS countries. Go to the street, persuade people to play dota 2. SImple.
Sorry to break it to you but not all of us speak russian or even multiple languages at all. You may not notice it as such because you, judging by your comment, speak the language, so you are probably not impacted because you understand what's being said.
There is good and bad players in every country, a translation plugin would help to communicate and win with the good ones.
