Anyhow, I kinda feel like any significant item (i.e. not cheap single-use like clarity) shouldn't have charges, or they should be re-chargable (like wand). If LOTS of items had charges it would be one thing, but it only seems to be a few items that you build that have any kind of charge mechanic and I just don't understand why it's supposedly a beneficial or interesting mechanic that needs to stay in the game.
