How to set hotkey to select all units under control with one press?

I know there's a way to select all units with a hotkey, but all I see are control groups. (Reason: Too annoying to highlight every 1.5 sec when i juxtapose as pl)

control -> unit actions -> select all units

Two possible ways, both under options:

1) Select all units (just as how you can have separate keys for select hero and select all other units)

2) Unified unit orders (CTRL by default I think) that sends the same command to all units under your control, including hero.

Or you can check that "select summoned units" thingy. I think that works.
