How to permanently set network quality to low? DOTA 2 REBORN
everytime i open dota 2 reborn, the network quality goes to high.

first get into dota2 menu. then click the cogwheel. then second menu "options". then below "Profile section" in the middle you can change the qualitiy from high to low.

but everytime i close it and re-open it. it goes back to high.
