Welcoming Gift

So I'm pretty sure my DOTA profile is level 2 (The leaf has a 2 on it) and I still cant open this Welcoming Gift thing I have that says I need lvl 1 to open... Am I missing something here?

Your Dota Profile must be level 1 to use this item.
Right click and select 'Unwrap Present' to open.

Well did you right click and select Unwrap Present?

If it's still dependent on the old DotA profile you might not be able to open it in Reborn.
Essentially it's searching for a qualification that no longer exists.

Well darn, should of opened it when I played my only game forever ago... Just got bored and didnt wanna play GO today so started it up and saw it...

I'm glad you used the search function to find this thread, I'm saddened you didnt read the results... You cant open it, delete it. Its an old item from an old system thats no more.
