how to add friend ?
someone can tell me how to add friend ?
my id can't add friends, :steamsad:
while i click add friend and appear a notification " your account does not meet the requirements to use this feature " . Please help me

If you want to add frined. You must but some game in steam etc. Point is, if you want to and friend you must spend at least 5 $ in steam.

Well your steam level is 0, and profile is private. also there is a post in main page wich says what you should do to add friend

u can, but it must be equal to 5 $
