Server ping FAILED. Unable to ping any region

I can't find match. When I select server, every server shows ping FAILED, and there's a red line saying "Unable to ping any region. Check your internet connection". I thought it was server error or something, so I left. Now I come back and the same thing is still happening. I tried reinstalling Dota 2, but it's still like that. My internet connection is very good, and I even tried changing to another network but still can't fix the problem. What am I supposed to do now?

I have the same problem here tried restarting dota, reinstalling steam and dota, tried deleting all third party firewall programs but to no avail. I even have a roommate who uses the same internet provider as i do but his dota reborn works just fine. I tried switching the two cables but nothing seems to work.

Please help valve!

Well in my case it panding me to 3 regions europe west, europe east, and russia. I am from Ukraine so close enough to all of 3 servers. You must be far away bro

I'm in the US, and ALL the servers show ping FAILED, not just the US servers. Last night I was playing fine on the normal Dota 2, but today I can't play on this reborn thing

Same with me.... I am in Australia I'm at my mates downloaded the reborn ever since then says its calculating ping....and never does anything....this is very frustrating....my mate is on the same network and can play just fine but I can't..... I have tried to refresh my ping wont even let me do that....please fix this ASAP thank you!

okay i figured out how to fix it...well for me anyways... run steam as admin then go into OS (C:), Program Files (x86), Steam, SteamApps, common, dota 2 beta, game, bin, win32.....then open your dota2.exe run it as admin and it should work...

For those who are using 64 bit windows steam add only dota2.exe (32 bit) in firewall exception so go to Control panel>Windows firewall>Add and apps or feature through firewall>Change settings>>allow another apps>browse your dota 2 (64 bit exe) which is located at default C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\bin\win64\dota2.exe. Even if you see dota2 is in exception its the 32 bit one im pretty sure i made this same mistake so just add it manually. It was my problem atleast hopefully it helps.

I have this problem too.
I'm from Russia but my DOTA client is not able to ping any Russian or Europe server and I use Africa's and South America's servers. It works with latency and sometimes I can't find any game on that servers for 10-20 minutes.
Valve, please, do something to fix it!

Same here! Please fix this out ASAP Valve. I can't play Dota 2 once it became New Dota 2.
