How long have you had this bug for?

just this time, and i cant register in the dev forums cuz it says "error" everytime i click register T_T

That is because you changed your language in your computer (at the right corner bottom of your desktop). Change it back to English and you can type.

we both have the same problem while i was playing , i just hold down the ctrl button in-game and yeah it did work

You hit Enter+shift right? After that, hit enter+\ and it will go back to normal. It's not a bug really. But rather a keyboard trick thing that I don't really understand.
