Kunkka Inverse Bayonet + Tidebringer of the Divine Anchor (Kinetic Gem)
I have a plan to bought Inverse Bayonet and Tidebringer of the Divine Anchor and combine them together. I don't know if this gonna work, so I checked on internet first, and many said that it was working nicely once, but after a new patch, it broke. I don't know if it fixed already or not. So, now, is it gonna work or not?

I believe it's still broken but at some point it will be fixed I assume. Check the dev site for dota 2 if need be.
