What is Dota 2 Reborn? Is it released? Or still beta?

I am considering to start playing this game but I remember hearing about this Dota 2 reborn thing which changes stuff so I'm thinking I should till that comes out so I don't have to learn and get used to bunch of stuff all over again. So when is it being released?

People hate reborn for "bugs" and stuff that doesn't really matter... If you just want to play the game casually, it is fine. Oh... and the graphics right now arent 100%, but everything will improve in days to come.

Dota reborn was a new menu UI that was made because the 2nd Source engine came out. The release of reborn was rushed out the door in preperation for a tournament called the Majors and was still being developed then and was full of bugs. It's doing much better now and has a lot of new features and such and is definitely playable.

Honestly what you need to do since the beggening of the game is segregate the servers just liek they do on strarcraft so you can only join games to a region nearest to you with lowest ping automatically. Second the system for punishing players is not even worth it ina game liek this with the servers the way they are and it being veryone sided towards ppl in parties while being biased towards the solo players. I dont need to explain why if you play the game long enough you pick up on these things. I would be more annoyed with higher que times than having to play with the low pool. Ranked matches do not need to be moderated period do that in public lobby. Its messed up how hard it could be for a solo player to reach the topranks playign solo all the time your just gonna keep going up and down and stay in the same pool untill you get decent players at higher mmr so the mmr thign is highly messed up and should be revamped to actually consider skill not a number rating per game won... It is just messed up that with all the time and money being poured into this game even after what now 12-15 years of the game being made ppl still cant sem to understand how to do things.. I love this game but low priority and having penalties that are counter intuitive. Please fo the love of god fix mmr make it somethign else cause mmr doesnt show anythign but the fact you can beat any team witha 5 man premade. This game is not competitive it just isnt anymore. Stop holding players back make a better mm system and the community will get better but auntill then its just going to be more games ruined by ppl that dont speak the same language. This game has potential but I dont see it going anywhere at its current state. This used to be a game i enjoyed playing... all there is now is griefers ppl that just qq all game and trolls. why would you build a foundation on which ppl are urged to troll? I am dissapointed in how Dota has matured. this isnt the dota i fell in love with playing frozen throne.

What happens if I have to play a game with someone who is on the asia server, or european server? I have to load up a whole different client just to be able to play?

And if you can't load up another client, that would completely break touraments. Blizzard is the worst at setting up competitive enviorments, and you really shouldn't use them as an example.
