i cant purchase an item in dota 2 store

I am new to dota 2. i am experiencing issues in purchasing in game items. My account is currently limited. I have 200.00 php in my steam wallet. I was trying to purchase an item which costs around 170.00 php. (Immortal hands of desolation) but everytime i click
Purchase it redirects me to a link which states that i should have a valid purchase within 30-365 days to remove restriction. And im like, Wtf isnt that a valid purchase. this is my first time purchasing an item. And i dont know how to resolve this. Please help me guys to figure this one out. Thanks.

You are not buying from the dota 2 store. You are buying from the market which requires you to wait 30 days. No method to go around it

The problem is, you are not trying to buy from the store. You are buying from the market for that you will have to wait for like 30 days AFTER you make a successful purchase from the store.

Looks like my question was not sent. DId you buy anything else first or are youst waiting for the 30 day restriction?. You need to buy something first either in game or in steam

No raid. This was my first time trying to purchase. Tingin ko, the item i was trying to purchase is not available in store, but only in the market. Siguro bilhin ko dapat treasures or couriers. Tama ba

Well if you are buying the immortal the only way you get it via community market. which you cannot do since you have not bought anything else.

Buy something from dota 2 store on sale or something very cheap. Or buy a game on steam that is worth less than 30 PHP

So i already purchased a treasure. Worth 82 php. Cos i cant find any cheaper and worth buying item. Will there be a some sort of a countdown or something?
