Team Banners and logos not working

So i see that, this is a big problem for a lot of us.
I have been doing my research for over 30 minutes, with no luck.

I made a team, logos and stuff, but they won't show when i go to custom
lobby. It shows my team name, but no logos and banners.

The logos do not need to be 250x250, lord gaben will rescale them for us.

We have some games coming soon, and we kinda need our logos to work ingame.

So a little update for you guys having the same problem, i downloaded banner templates, and used them to create my banners, they work now. With logos, you just have to put everything to the right size (i know that dota tells you that they will rescale it 4 you, but they won't).

Now i have another pproblem. My friend can't see them.
