Global silence not dispellable?
bkb doesn't remove global silence, just found out. Curious why?

It is dispellable and bkb removes it, however Silencer has a facet that if effect of global silence is removed it applies the second time for shorter time, check Silencer facets for additional info

Use eul to completely rid of this aspect. It lasts longer than the second instance of global.

Silencer facet. After you dispel the global silence you will still get silenced , but for shorter time. (2 seconds I guess i’m not sure. Read the facet)
