Searching for Dota 2 Game Coordinator

Is dota down to everyone or is it just in me?

I now have a PC that is at minimum twice as powerful as my old pos, and my internet is 4 times better than it was 4 years ago yet dota runs WORSE...how is this possible? Every time i log in and I have an update I know I cannot play for days because I cannot connect in game and end up in low priority from the pregame DC GOOD JOB VALVE
