This happened to me today. The problem has persistent for half a day already(12hr)
Every time I do matchmaking and accept the match, the game becomes frozen. Leads to kicked out from the game, and I getting 2min to 1hr to endless matchmaking ban without reason.

My PC is not a cheap PC. Internet connection is Very Good, Starlink. No other software Issue. I can play dota 4k 100+ FPS Ultra settings. Just recently i have this problem.

Some of the things I found on Google:

• Enter a practice lobby or bot match, disconnect, and then search for a real game.
  
• Change shader settings (Vulkan DLC).
  
• Change to Borderless Window.

Try to verify the integrity of the game files. After that repeat the step just like the in YouTube video.

I found out what you can do : i tried the youtube video it didnt work so i go and read the console log i found out shaders have problem you can go on drive that game installed there in :"Steam\steamapps\shadercache\570" and delete it then verify game once and open steam as administrator and open game and find your match
