Collector's cache 1 items not tradeable or marketable?

Hi,

I am not sure what is happening crownfall treasure items are marketable but collector cache which is more expensive are not marketable after some months of play?

What is happening here?

cache have not and never will be marketable its only gift able... only the ultra rares like pudge will be marketable after crownfall the rest arnt

but it doesn't make sense, the crownfall treasure is less expensive but marketable

I did not know and bought just thinking I will use for sometime and then sell

Who cares about what you think ? I only care about the fact that all cache never been marketable since the first one.
