I played for 100h, can't play ranked. now what?

When I select Ranked I can see

100.0 HOURS PLAYED
Unlocks after 100 hours of unranked games

and at the bottom it says "Remove Associated Phone", not clickable.

Under my account settings i have remove associated phone button but does nothing.

Also I never associated my phone yet.

Anyoner encountered this bug?

Maybe one more 5-10 hours to play ranked. I have 700 hours and played randek first in 600 hours

Yes, I see that they have a very questionable IQ.
Check if your Steam app on your phone is all right and that the cell phone number matches your account.
In any case you can try changing it if it keeps happening.

apparently my 100 hours were not exactly 100, I played one more normal and now I can rank

yes you can play rank does not mater how you perform the algorithmus and AI bots do more than you ever can do.
