Is there enough time to start now to try and get main and side quest? just wondering. Was interested in getting the arcana and going for it

I could have done act 1 + 2 + 3 just by the time one of them has been available. Others might not be able to. Depends on how much you play. Might be stressful though if you dont like the feeling of FOMO if you cant make it in time.

you basically have to count how many wins you need to pass them, thats it, the rest of the math is easy, do u think u can ammount all those wins before it ends? only you can answer that.

also think that u can trade tokens and other stuff for wins, so it will be sligtly easier than you think after you have done the math

Even with a 9-to-5 job i managed to clear every act approx within a week or two after release. If you can handle just doing nothing but playing dota for every moment you are not doing or playing something else - i'm sure you can manage the entire event before it ends, premium side quests included.

Depending on how much DotA you play, it's not hard to crank out each act in 1-3 weeks. Since Act 4 isn't out yet, I'm sure you still have plenty of time.

there is plenty of time because act 4 will start before next TI so can be in august of next year

The first act was 34 days, and Act 2 was about 56 days (I think). Act 3 is currently 80+ days, with no sign that of Act 4 dropping any time soon.

Just to be clear I think the OP has plenty of time, but there's no telling really how long the event is gonna go.
