Bug Abuse/Script/Cheat VS Steam/Dota2 support.

Hello dota2 community, This is my first title. First of all, I cannot say that I am a very good gamer. Despite this, my latest mmr is 1500. I did the calibration about a week ago. It coincided with the beginning of the techies midas bug. That's why I wrote to Steam support. Our correspondence is available below. It's up to you to decide.

there is a bug in this game and people exploiting this. That's why i am loosing games like there is no tomarrow. I just reset my calibration and try to recalibrate my mmr. And people with techies heroes are ruining my calibration. I want to reset my calibration for my last 2 games. Untill then i am not gonna open my game. İf you dont reset this calibration i will delete this game. I cant wait another year to reset it. this bug cheat or scpript whatever is it in the public for over a week and you dont even close that at the last patch. Thank you for caring us that much.

Hello,
Thanks for writing in, I understand your frustration. Dota has suspended ranked season resets. Instead, MMR recalibration is optional.

If you have an MMR recalibration available, you will find it under the Settings -> Account tab -> MMR Recalibration section. Once you click Activate Recalibration, your next 10 ranked games will adjust and inform your new MMR value.

If you do not have this button available, your account is not yet eligible to recalibrate.

The result of your calibration is not something Steam Support can change.

i think you don't understand my case. The bug which your game developers caused ^the techies midas bug^ impacted my game. everygame i lost because of that and it happens on my calibration progress. I used recalibration button at 1500 mmr nearly and now i got 1100 mmr. I want you to reset my recalibration progress to start. And mmr recalibration is once a year and because of your fault i don't want to wait 1 year.

Steam Support is not able to make modifications to MMR or reset your calibration.

As you can see how much they care about us. Dota2 is a game and Valve is a company. They only care about how much they make annualy. This is not about our happiness about this game this is about how much we pay them. At the end of the day nobody cares about you. Have a nice day fellas.

You already misunderstood the different teams being assigned by the company to resolve your issue because the Steam Support service you were contacting may be the Steam Support team that assisting your issue regarding the Steam platform, or another team is assisting regarding the external issue of the game.

I don't think they can touch the internal issues of the game because they may lack of data to verify anything in assisting. If you need real assistance for the issue as you said, then you must find the real Dota 2 team by sharing your long postings for them to read.

Why people always say the developer never care about us anymore? I can say the Dota 2 team which was assigned for this game still care to read everything here because those "monkeys" before this don't know how to differentiate the real responsibility provided by each of the team to the users. Look at your own posting, do you want to make the same statement like those "monkeys" by claiming the same thing? If you don't understand the meaning of hope, try and practice positive thinking.

you maybe right or not i don't know but if they don't have any authority about this issue they can provide me to the address which can provide help to me. But they just closed my case. İf valve has this game then steam support should provide me help or at least show me the right direction. And your business with monkeys is not my problem...

It looks so funny: the game is more than 10 years old, and when asked for help due to a bugs, Steam support (aka Valve, which is the developer of this game) offers to tell about it on third-party forums and websites...

Probably there are spams by people with tons of tickets and that's why they strict for the reply now (no interfere). You faced the frustration because the good free service provided by the Steam Support team has been ruined by the irresponsible people. I already said "no interfere" for the internal issues and how can you expect for strong information to be given? They shared you the necessary information already; Official Dota 2 Community Hub (this forum discussion), and the Dota 2 Development Forums (Dota 2 github).

Go blame those irresponsible people who never learn to appreciate good free services. Or you want to blame your parents to born you out to get that frustration feel? Or maybe you can blame your God for allowing you to exist in this realm? For your issue, who do you want to blame actually and what benefit did you gain when you blame there? Your mindset totally immature to find the solution for your issues because you never want to learn the objectives of the areas given.

I am not insulting but I was openly criticising you with all the true facts to see whether you can accept or not. If you feel/think my way of commenting is wrong, then please place a report on my comment.

I just placed my efforts to challenge your mind and to see whether you can accept my challenge when you did that wrong actions. Plus, to see your will to accept it and find the flaws for improvement. Everything is up to you based on your levels of thinking. How do you make the decision there?

Never do the calibration reset it's absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, some people dropped Immortal to Herald even with 17wins and one loss.
I've been resetted as well and it was even worse, now i'm herald 1, i'm not the best players but i play for some years, just take a look to my games history, in every single game, one or more toxic sh!t ruined my calibration games :
