immortal matchmaking
so when exactly is valve going to take on account about the immortal matchmaking issues that even non-immortal players know at this point?
there are so many things wrong with that, for example:
1. no guarantee that there's gonna be a single support
1.5 if there are no supports people usually grief from the picking phase
2. as well as the support, there's not guarantee about the correct number of players that want to play just one role
3. win trader and griefers don't get punished, and usually it's the normal player that has to abandon in order to not lose mmr with such griefers, and he'll also get a 30 min+ penalty for abandoning a game even though he only did it because of griefers, that again, will not get punished in any way
4. this is more of a server issue because i'm sick and tired of finding russians in europe that don't knowhow to speak english, they start talking in russian pretending that everyone else should speak their language, and continue to do so even after asking them nicely (for example: "can you speak english please?"), and then they get mad if you don't understand what they're saying even tho english is the universal language if you don't know who you're talking to
some ways to fix, or at least reduce the amount of problems that are in this system are the following:
1. make it so people (for example gorgc) can't change roles after they find a game, otherwise they just start the queue with all roles thinking they'll find a game faster just to remove all the roles they don't want to play as soon as the drafting phase starts
2. bring back role queue game: i'm pretty sure i don't need to explain myself but it's valve we're talking to so i'll have to: if you bring back role queue games people will get less mad if they need to play the role they don't want to play for 1 out of 5 games (without mentiong that sometimes there are multiple people in the same team that don't want to play their role and can adjust to the other players' preferences)
3. fix your mmr calibrating system because i don't think i should be in a bracket in which i tell my team what to do or not do in certain parts of the game, and when they don't listen to me (either because they are russian and don't understand english or because people in the immortal bracket think too highly of themselves and think everyone else is less skilled at the game than them) they die, or even lose the game because of one simple mistake, and this happens almost every game. you also need to recalibrate the way you assign people mmr because some people are too bad to be at their ranks just as much as some people are too skilled to be at their rank
hope valve reads this even thought it's crystal clear that they don't care about the game and probably never have if not for the news for "highest esport prize pool ever" articles written about dota...

and i agree with most (if not all) of what's been said in that video, and the major problem is that these problems have all been here ever since you added this new matchmaking system, in which we can't even use dota plus to avoid players because, in case you forgot how it works, dota plus makes it so you can't find that specific player in your team as an ally, you can still find him on the enemy team, but when you find a game in the immortal bracket, there's no such thing as an initial team, if not for the captains of the two teams, so you can still find all the win traders, griefers, people that search for games in parties (because you can only avoid that if you search for role queue games, which are not allowed in the immortal bracket anymore)
