Is this item going to be marketable later after event?
item is ultra rare and all ultra rares always been marketable items.

this one has changed its status to "this item is not going to be listen in steam market place"
pls can someone clarify?

Yeah it will be marketable for sure. Always have been.

Regarding the status, items sometimes have false status as this. So even though it says it wont be listed in the market, after the event, it will be.

if you own this item, you will see "Tradable and marketable after crown fall" highlighted tag to the item itself.

It took me a long time to get at least some kind of explanation from the support service. At first, they just wrote that this item was not for sale, without any explanation. As a result, here's what they replied.
Thank you for reporting this issue. Unfortunately, there is currently no solution for it.

Information about the problem has been recorded and will be sent to the developers as a bug report.

Along with the reports sent to the support team, the Dota 2 development team collects information about problems with the game from various sources to determine how widespread and serious the problem is. When a solution to the problems becomes available, the developers release updates, information about which you can find on the corresponding page on the Dota 2 blog.

You can write about the problem in one of the game's communities, as other users may have encountered a similar problem and will be able to recommend ways to solve it.
