What is the diff btw 'Wind Waker' and 'Eul's Scepter'? (Cyclone)?
I re-watched the current TI "Nouns vs Team Spirit" games from yesterday and Weppas or PTP showed the stats of some items during the game, which caught my eye = same abilities with different items.

Wind Waker Cyclone Sweeps a target unit up into a cyclone, making them invulnerable for 2.5 seconds. Cyclone can only be cast on enemy units or yourself. Enemy units take 50 magical damage upon landing.

vs.

Eul's Scepter of Divinity Cyclone Sweeps a target unit up into a cyclone, making them invulnerable for 2.5 seconds. Cyclone can only be cast on enemy units or yourself. Enemy units take 50 magical damage upon landing.

... only digging deeper into the wiki, I was able to find (to me) subtle differences, with the attributes - nothing, that made me think "this one is better than the other".

So ... to the learned players, I ask:

When do you buy the one and when the other? Is there a 'key' difference, which you know about? I could ask ChatGPT or write a letter to GabeN (or Purge), but I trust you guys more.

Wind waker is the upgrade version. It also allows you to move with the cyclone a bit, if you cast it on yourself.

The only real benefit that makes it worth upgrading is the ability to move the cyclone anywhere you want. The cyclone has unobstructed path, so you can go up and over any terrain.
