Attention !!! **** DOTA2 QUICKCAST BUGS WITH LEGACY KEYS
When i turn off legacy keys, i doesnt quick cast, but when i turned on legacy keys, it automatically turned on the quick cast without toggling it to on. HELP

Do you mean the legacy keys setting force you to use the Quick Cast feature?

thats correct

Try and check your hotkeys setting properly. Or your keyboard settings may have conflict with the in-game hotkeys setting. Or best is share the settings of your game (up to you). My settings seem fine.
