Buying unavailable skins

So i wanted to buy some skins, but it says unavailable, what's next?

Some unavailable items are giftable ( cache Item ). if you manage to find a person who is willing to gift it to you.

and some items are not available and not giftable. so you can't get them

Nothing, you can't buy them unless you buy an account with them already there. Usually unavailable items are exclusive items like arcanas, there is a chance they will be available in the future but I wouldn't count on that
