how to get this stack timer in game?
i was watching a video of dota, and spotted this

but i never see that in game.... is this a plus exclusive thing a setting i must enable or?

You hold alt in game and you see the timer and spawn box. Don't know if it's only exclusive to dota+

And it works poorly. Anyway you must experiment with different heroes speed and agility to stack at least two camps at the same time.
Certain heroes, like Kunkka, can stack easier too. Just pull one group out of their box while you Torrent the other group real fast. If all the neutral creeps are mid-air when the time hits ":00" then it will stack that camp.

If you need it, there are various plugins/3rd party apps that display a timer overlay for runes, pulling, stacking and rosh, just make sure you get one that's up to date.

What plugin or 3rd party app are you referring to that uses a timer overlay? Overwolf?

Overwolf is one, there are many others as well. There are phone apps too. I don't use them personally so I couldn't tell you a specific app/program to use that has for sure been updated to new in-game timings. You would have to research that yourself.
