Dota 2 keeps adding US keyboard layout

Hi :)
I currently encounter a problem with Dota2.
Whenever I start the game, the US keyboard layout is automatically added to my input methods list.

My activated input methods are :
United States-International
Google Japanese Input
Russian - Mnemonic

Once added by the game, the US keyboard layout doesn't appear in the input methods list, I have to add it myself before I can remove it.

The added keyboard layout also resets all my input related keyboard shortcuts.

My OS is Windows 8.1, the problem also appeared on Windows 7.

Is there a way to make this stop happening ? I've already tried, as read on a forum, disabling the game console but the problem is still there.

+1 here. And it took me a while to isolate the problem and found out dota2 startup is causing the issue.

It's still happening, fix it valve, fcking annoying!!! One and only game is Dota 2 that is doing this sh!t!!!

At least this somehow worked for me:
- Open `regedit`
- Go to `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts\`
- Rename the folder (key) that matches the "zombie" keyboard layout to something else, like `00000409-NO`.
- Reboot your PC
Try it out.
