Minimap signal spammers.

Okay. I tried to search similar topic without success, so I did create my own.

There is many players with AD/HD -diagnoze, like I am. Since beginning of Dota 2, I noticed I lose totally the focuse for the game, when someone spams the signal more than once.
The feeling would be similar with the normal person who meet bleeding and dead human body on streets. "What can I do, what I have to do, should I escape, do I have to call 112 or try to help the victim???!!". AD/HD -person loses totally the control for everything when someone starts to rape minimap.

I usually ask neat from the person, could he/she stop the spamming, because it ruins my game. (Truth comes here, I can focuse and pay attention to the minimap much more, when no-one else is showing me, where to teleport with furion and so on. I'm watching minimap all the time for possible courier gang-bangs). I know all players cannot read the minimap, but I and many many else can.

Someone will give the following tip to me. "Disable all sounds from dota 2". No. I like the hero, and environment noises, I have disabled music though (dont like it), but I cant play without hero replics etc.

In last game, I totally lost my nerver. I asked once again to stop minmimap spamming. No. It was like provocating move, and the allie decided to start to spam the signal on me about 5 minutes. After that I was just like O_o and I had to go "relax" in to jungle with my Jakiro, that I dont lost totally the touch for game. I was farming there a moment. Started to push towers then with my liquid. I have often reported those spammers, but the problem is that there is only so few those reps per week. I've also wrote on reports that there should become in to game options the option to DESABLE mnimap signal. Like there is color blind -mode for example. Thats quite similar disorder. Would make us gaming, who have the neurological focusing disorders the gaming experience much enjoyable.

I've spent many hours by Googling any tips for that, since D2 release. No. Nobody doesnt know any tips, but Iäve noticed Iäm not the only one who wants the disable option for minimap signal. I haven't anything else on my mind now.

My english is not good, but I guess someone got my point. And I hope this problem will be solved some day! Please everyone! Now spam the tech-support etc. about this case! Or signal raping will continue forever. Game has been up over 2,5 years and still so promitive weaknessess in game options.

Does muting a player stop the ping?

No. Muting a player does not disable the minimap signal noise, like it doesn't disable quick commands like "well Played". Thats quite ironic, Hehe.

or you go to dota 1

i hate signel spammers, this should be like traffic laws
don't ping if you don't need to

of course valve could give less of a ♥♥♥♥ when they're making 30 million dollars of peoples pointless compendium points

but i digress.

problem remains, valve could solve it. keep this thread alive by dicussing it daily
and valve might read.

♥♥♥. Started with dota classic many years ago and there was a command to disable minimap signal. It was not even so annoying at all.

It's frustrating because people spam that ping for stupid/pointless reason.
Like when the players are still loading in,people have a contest of who can spam that damn signal more...

Funniest thing abusing minimap signal is when you are dying and an enemy is killing you in any second. I've been wondering does the spammer think that the one he/she is spamming is blind and cant see whats gonna happen...

Then. There is moments when someone just does random signal to enemy forest for example. Okay. It would mean "hey, lets gank". But when I go there with invis hero to check. No one is coming. So why the pointless signal?

And the reading the meaning of signal is the hardest thing ewah. Ofter someone keeps spamming random, pointless signals in manfights. It's hard to try to understand, does those mean GO AND FIGHT, or FLEE. Chatting, or using simple shortqut command must be too hard...

Valve. Hear the ♥♥♥♥♥♥, and other folk. Make a fix for this finally, thank you.

There might be a mod that you could disable/change the ping sounds.

Yesterday i had a signal spammer who did that the whole game, I was flipping out. Please Valve, just give us an option to mute signals or include it into the ignoring feature.

Some of us want to play without noises around.
"Watching document" at same time, lowers the mm-signal noise a bit, but then u cannot hear important noises like enemy teleports to own base, when u attack.
