Extremely Long finding a match. dota 2 dead?

I just came back and when i looked for my first match i got it in like 4 mins. but after that match no matter what i do i cannot find a match it even reached 99 mins.
here’s what i tried
1: all roles
2: 3 servers ue, us west east
3: restart dota
4: restart computer
5: verify file integrity
6 tried finding match in the morning, afternoon, evening
I contacted steam and they cannot help me. anybody experienced the same thing? how did you all fix it for those have

maybe US serv is not popular+u search ranking game in which case system really cant get anyone with more than 1-2k differens or else it would be not fair not for you, not to the other players, and also decency score might matters.
try euw server or something, or is ping there not playble for you?

Might have been a temporary server-issue. My search ran for 10+ minutes this morning before I quit and restarted it, and then it found a match in about 4 minutes after that.

open dota 2 options then unclick party queque. if its clicked you trying to match with everyone is solo. its open party match also that will solve your issue.

Thank you, but eu west, Japan, and US are the only ones playable for me. My first match I was paired up with archon 3-4 and im pretty sure we have a huge amount of player base on that rank range. I have 9k behavior score which should be good enough as its colored green.

I tried finding in multiple days and multiple times while doing restarts at the same time to no avail
