Servers seem to be down at the moment

Trying to find a match around 4PM CST (USA timezones) and twice now I've had it go to 10+ minutes with no match found. Just a regular unranked match with no special request, queued to both US East and West.

Something is definitely the matter, if anyone else is experiencing this problem.
