Someone briefly explain this 1 Sanity's Eclipse question.

Intelligence Difference Damage Multiplier: 8/9/10

Does this mean 8/9/10 for every '1' bit of mana difference?

Like If OD has 800 mana for example and their Axe has 600. If its level 3 , will it do 2000? Which doesn't seem right as that would probably be stupidly overpowered?

No it means every point of intelligence difference, not mana (every point of intelligence gives a certain amount of mana but I'm not sure exactly how much and Google isn't working for me atm).

Not mana, intelligence.

Say OD had 60 intelligence and Axe had 30, it would be 240/270/300

Of course this would be higher but eh.
