I would also like to know how to map bind, I never knew that was a thing you could do in Dota 2. Personally, I sometimes play on a laptop and/or just have a simple mouse, so I pretty much use panning, arrows, minimap clicks and hero camera return key for camera movement. At high levels of play it's good to get used to and knowing how to use all of these personally. Oh, there's also 'recent event' camera view, it works almost identical to how it did on WC3.
