Why does ACT 2 says progress available?

The level says 42 as I don't spend money on the event but it still says progress available.
Few other friends also stuck on same level so it is not a bug.
IS this a way by volvo to annoy players and make them check again and again.

It's like a restaurant saying they are open for lunch but serving no food.

Sort ur shizz volvo ... i never pay for your events never will.

but yes, I wrote valve to fix that bug
