Is ursa not a good carry anymore?

I don't know, I just don't feel it with ursa anymore, you charge your 2nd 2 times and go all out on a support, use bkb, nullifier, ult, and even then, the supports either gets away, and you can't kill anyone after, or they don't get away, but still you can't kill anyone anymore.
Compare it to drow, she has more dmg, can change targets easily, is ranged, slows enemies that attacks, silences and reveals them, and has true strike, it's like she has orchid, rapier, dust, mkb, all built in. why would you choose ursa over drow in any circumstance?

I totally agree with you. I play Ursa from 2k to 3k, and now I'm dropping back 3k to 1.5k. Ursa is terrible trash, I tried my best to play him and I've lost 30 games Ursa already. Ursa is very low HP, very weak early, take lots of magic damage, cannot come close, cannot chase, while enemies has 2 slow, 2 stuns, 2 escapes, 2 items disable.
Meta right now Sniper with super long range, he hit me before I can even blink to him, YES SNIPER HIT FURTHER THAN MY BLINK, I CANNOT BLINK TO SNIPER
Medusa with 6600HP (2000hp, 2200 mana)
PA with 100% evasion, I hit PA 5 hits all missed
PL with so much images even Ursa buy battle fury you cannot clear his images
Slark with 2 cloud+invisible+jump, it's like cheating, whole team inside cloud cannot hit anyone
Juggernaut Omnislash+swift slash cut me 21 slashes, I take all Juggernaut slashes and die without even touch Juggernaut
WK solo kill me
Ogre 2 stuns quadro 8 seconds+hit stun 4s again+ignite, Ursa die and cannot take Ogre 30%hp.
Necro radiance is meta, super strong, kill Ursa easy.
Wukong, Chaos Knight, AM, Razor, Terrorblade, Troll, Weaver kill Ursa easy.
Even Warlock, WD, Lion, Lich, AA, Shadow Shaman kill me.
