Not receiving crownfall Tokens

I am not getting crownfall rewards even after winning. I played two turbo games and won both but did not receive any tokens, not even scraps. Is it due to my low behaviour score?
My score is 1800 and ranked matchmaking is disabled. Please help me if you know anything. Tell me how to report if anything is wrong with my account.
P.S. recently I completed my low priority games and received one scrap after playing a turbo match. But after that I have stopped getting anything at all.

Yup same thing happened to me for the first time today. Very annoying as I don't have much time to play and I was on my final game to win to finish act 3... Played a second game to check, won again and still didn't get the token. I hope the give it to me asap...

I have 12k score but I also don't get any for the last 3 games I played. Winning or losing doesn't even matter.

i suprised why they didnt fix it yet. sometimes we have to restart game for a 5mb new patch ...

Thank you all, rewards have been retroactively granted... I got tokens for my previous matches as well...
