why is average dota 2 player base age 25+ ?

most of the games I play my team cry and try to insult and saying your mom this and your mom that, I never ask for their age but I’m sure no 20+yo would do that. There’s definitely kids playing this game, I hope I find those older players you get. You are lucky!

younger people play fortnite, or roblox. If we go in reverse order, overwatch before that. then all the FPS games, maybe some looter shooters, MMORPGs and all the way back at the beginning starcraft and other rts games. This is where mobas started, all the way back at the beginning of competitive online multiplayer games. LoL and Dota 2 released 2009 and 2013 tho
