Match and entire history of 07/25 have disappeared.
I won a ranked match by doubling MMR on 07/25/2024. The game ended around 21:00, but the match does not appear in my history. The double MMR token was consumed, and my MMR did not increase. In fact, my entire history for the 25th has disappeared, and support says they cannot do anything about it. Below is the conversation from the ticket I opened.

Hello,

The issue you are experiencing is likely due to maintenance or server downtime.

During this period, inventories may be unavailable, games may not be properly recorded, and rewards usually obtained by completing a game may not be unlocked.

When a game is not properly recorded, there are not enough records to subsequently credit points to the account. You will have to achieve the objectives again.

Steam Support does not credit participation in matches or events that were not properly recorded.

What reliability does this game offer me? The double MMR token I spent was paid with real money. You can't just say "You will have to achieve the objectives again." This is a rank-based game, which means that tomorrow my rank could reset to zero? Absurd!

I looked into your account, and no double MMR token was used on 07/25.

That said, Steam Support cannot modify account MMR, grant or modify Dota 2 items, and does not return items that were crafted, recycled, unboxed, or traded.

This includes seasonal items that have expired, items destroyed using a Master Blacksmith's Hammer, and any items received during special events.

If you have encountered an error, we recommend researching and sharing your issue in the most active Dota community hubs, as other players may be experiencing the same problem. The Dota team frequently monitors these social channels as they help understand and prioritize what is most important to the community.

EXACTLY, nothing appears on the 25th. Everything I did, items I earned, matches I played, MMR tokens I spent—NOTHING appears in any record, as if the 25th did not exist. Surely you have my account data for that day; all I want is for them to be synchronized.
