what is better immortal or legendary
because i m buying item for my character and dont know which is better rarity

Better quality is immortal, but better rarity is any real rare item. Rare item = small amount on steam market.

the better items is one that win more games, check there stats of items and their winrate:

Dont look on rarity, now matters only items like immortal arcana or other who change animation or have ambient effect. Valve just dont care anymore about rarity. Best is just check what items change something on wiki.

rarity doesnt make even sense, look on agha lab sets, all have effects - rare, wr arcana set - common, wk set - arcana rarity
