my juggernaut old arcana is gone with the new update, all the inscribed gems gone!!!!!!

What should I do guys!!!!

mine was unequipped from my character with the new update, and when I opened the game it had the pop up like I just got that arcana for the first time.

I'm not missing inscribed gems or items, but it seems like something did happen with the update and that skin specifically.

yeah wtf happened? in-game it says "purchase arcana" but in my inventory in steam profile i can see i still have the arcana. cant use 2 styles, all the perks of arcana gone, just a mask....

is it really gone? or did they just change it? because my pudge arcana got separated into 2 different items and i had to go re-equip them

one of them was for a new slot called "base"

correction: i can equip arcana at hero base. my apologies for the rant. i got confused with the "not owned/purchase" arcana and not seeing it in the head slot options.

They added a seperate back piece to pudge and a helm to jugg, for more personalization of sets. to accomidate the new sets that just hit the market. (allowing you to have the pudge backhooks+the front belly eye. n etc.

is so hard to read the update I see, no wonder why many players pick heroes and dont know what to do, don't know how to read the update just like dont know how to read the heroes skills..., thank you bud, for playing a game without knowing how to read.

The gems are still there, but instead of the "head" slot ithey are in the "hero base" slot

For those who still not understand:
arcana got split into 2 pieces, so you can use other cosmetics in combination with arcana.
The mask for jugg f.e. is added in your inventory in case you want to use the "standard/old" arcana looks. Now you can use a different head piece cosmetic without losing the arcana properties.

@danaie
They added a explanation in the notification tab in-game that explains what happened.
That notification wasnt there when they made those changes, that is probably why some players were confused.
