Legacy Keys and Quickcast

So,after the update while being a legacy key bind user i queued up for a game,i checked on quickcast and it just didnt work while usually after i click on it it synchronizes with the legacy keys by itself.Right now on hotkeys menu i dont get the usual message that was saying:Legacy keys from dota 1 are currently enabled.To customize individual hotkeys first turn off legacy keys etc...So am i forced to play with q,w,e,r so i can use quickcast or should i bind every single letter on every hero in the game so it could work but not totally with some of them?I did almost everything so i can fix it even using commands but that thing is still like that.Any possible solutions into that one or anyone else having the same problem?
