Delayed gameplay while on normal ping after update

i Got some this delay-lag problem after the 3rd chapter of crownfall is out, my ping is good and stable but my movement and cast, chat, everything sometimes laggy and delayed so bad

YO I LITERALLY CANT JOIN ANY GAMES CAUSE ITS LOADING SLOW ASF AND MADE ME ABANDONE MY GAMES AND SOME TIMES ITS CRASHING AND OVERALL THE MAIN MENU SCREEN IS JUST LAGGING

I feel sad for you bro, i still can join the game but the gameplay is knda laggy, not spiked or somtehing like low fps but jsut delayed , it feels like you have a high ping like 200-300ms

Facing this problem too, my ping is 50-60ms but doing something takes 1-2 sec to respond smh

Exactly the same thing happens to me, I already uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, I reduced the graphics, I even deactivated the laboratories in the settings in case it is slowing me down, but every once in a while (2-3 min) the game responds by leaving 3 to 5 seconds of deelay and my ms are still under 30... since it came out in crownfall act 3

I thought I was imagining things, I have the same issue with 19-23ms ping and near constant 240 fps
