Where is the solo queue option for normal matches?
I'm so disappointed with this game. I just played a game where my team had only 4 players while the enemy team had 5. How is this fair for casual players? And before you suggest playing ranked matches, I avoid them because they are often filled with toxic and egotistical players.

Well 4 plus 1 = 5

And this is why I suggest people to go play something else like lol or smite, if you can’t handle the toxicity this game comes with then you shouldn’t play it.
its in settings ingame dota2.. or what do you mean?

settings / options
then bottom "to advanced options", then right "strict solo role queue matchmaking"

I miss it too, but Valve must have felt it was having too big an effect on the wait for a match for people in parties.

Well, 1 + 1 = 2.
I also wish this was a thing. I keep getting 4-man stacks and even if they're not toxic they simply don't communicate with the solo person. I haven't had a single enjoyable experience with 4-man stacks and the matches are always a stomp either from us or from the other team.
With 3-man stacks this happens much less, 3-man stacks are "fine".

The best part is when you're playing solo, and your whole team is solo too, while the enemy is a coordinated 5-man party. They have perfect communication and team fights, while we have poor communication and everyone is doing their own thing. It's so unfair.

Unfair? The better coordinated team wins. That‘s not unfair. Ou have your chance to form a team either and give yourself a competitive advantage. But you don‘t care and well, your competitiveness is lower.
