Surrender or a "GG call" can be logical if the majority voice is added as a secondary layer. If a "GG call" is made by one player, then it means that one player announces to act similarly as the game pauses. This calling will auto-pause the game while waiting for the next unlimited "resume" to be made. Another player(s) of the same team can show support for that calling by using a word or hotkey(show support while waiting for another call to resume). This is where the majority voice is made.
Remark: Surrender or "GG call" can be made for once only by each player
A "game pausing" can continuously run when a player makes his call for a pause.
Why a "game surrender" cannot be continuously run(for collection of majority voice) when a player makes his call? Meanwhile, when the game match has "game surrender" status, it should be paused to act similarly to "game pausing."
If you look at every new hero launch. Everybody either abuse it or ban it. Same with this surrender. but there are no balancing on this function while in new hero it can be nerfed.
So i hope you can understand there won’t be any surrender option. I’ve discuss this multiple times in developer forum and with Valve officials at TI singapore.
Ahhhh so people smurf because they are not allowed to surrender..... not at all to play in order to reach a rank they believe they are.
Surrender feature exists. Play in a 5 stack and you can surrender after 30 minutes, nothing more to say on the matter.
This is how things are and it won't change all because a random limited account profile made a request in a community forum.
Voting means majority voices because any disconnected player can still be announced as no supporting because there is no voice from the disconnected player(s). Any player(s) who faces disconnection doesn't mean he is abandoning the game match, right? That can totally bring the logic where the server will act for him by saying "no voice" from the disconnected player. I am very curious, as to why there is "game pause" but "game surrender" cannot be made which goes by the majority voices. Where the logic had gone?
Why did you skip my comment? Do you read my comment?
You must understand that if "game pause" can be made in an unlimited way with a time gap, then the "GG call" must be available once there. That is the RIGHT of each player within the game. Otherwise, I can conclude that the developers are locking(jailing) the players within all the game matches! - This is the logic of majority voices based on a team, not two teams!
Just joking. it is becasue Dota is not a game, it is a tool to train real life social credit scor AI, and we are here not to have fun, but to train future totalitarian regime's AI.
Who hurt you?

I quote here
A game surrender or "GG call" can still be improved. Show more opinions is better than denying the OP. Or you may share your curiosity by questioning any comment available. Thanks.
It already exists and does not need to be improved.
The requirements to use the surrender feature are simple:
1. Play In a 4-5stack
2. Play for a minimum of 30 minutes
3. All accept the surrender.
I don't see how it can be improved upon, maybe shortening the time to 20 minutes...?
Other than that the game is not meant to be played in a "lets quit" mentality, you're playing to win and there are many ways a game can be turned around.....mostly the push to tier 3's.
People who have the quitter mentality should probably play a less competitive game if they're not prepared to try to win.
