DARK WILLOW [h2]BEDLAM[/h2] IS BUGGING

I was unable to cast BEDLAM on allies, just pressing the keys once activates it on willow, So its impossible to cast on allies. I have checked my settings, Its been the same settings I have been using for last 11 years. First time I noticed this 2 days ago, I thought it was fixed but its not.

Please fix it. The match Making is also broken, been playing with bad teammates or quantum level pro opponents last few days. As much as we love new stuffs, overly doing it making this game not wanting to play anymore. Hopefully Valve will see this and fix the issues.

you cannot cast it to the allies now.

Too powerful for LC if Bedlam can cast on allies.

It was removed in the last patch update. I just checked because I was wondering the same thing.
