maybe early august because its says " UNLOCKS LATE JUNE?" theres a question mark. it means ,its 50/50. or idk.

Makes me wonder with act 2 we got the big patch, so for what is this delay for? The ringmaster?

Ringmaster won't come out till after TI. They would release a new hero just before the TI. He doesn't fit the snow theme either. Act 4 if anything
