Dark Willow bug?
Anyone else experiencing a bug with DW, bedlam no longer seems to let me target others, just always self casts no matter what? cant target any allies with it.

the newest update. it can only be casted on urself now

I thought this too - however no mention of it on patch, and the spell still reads exactly the same that u can cast on an ally.
