I can play 5 games, I can play 10, I can play 15, but at some point there will definitely be 2 games in a row in which my team will be filled with inadequate toxic children, or simply people with some problems who will ruin the entire game for themselves game, saying that they are doing this so that one of the teammates does not win, they will swear throughout the game in voice chat, text chat, or draw insults on the map, for this they pile reports on each other, the Dota system shuts their mouths , prohibiting them from using the chat until the end of the game, and after that they trouble everyone who has not shut their mouth and call them for reports. As you understand, the last block was about me. I don’t come into contact with these people, I don’t try to argue with them, I don’t calm them down, I just say when and what needs to be done according to the fact and play. As a result, after these very consecutive games, they ban me from searching and throw me into LP and take away my integrity points, and this does not happen an hour later, not after some time later, when in theory the recording with the game could have gotten to the patrol, they If they would have examined it and admitted my guilt, this happens at the very second when the second hidden-pool game ends. This is not the first time this has happened, it got to the point where I was given a second week ban in a row. I wrote in support of Dota on Steam 3 times already, where I specifically and thoroughly described everything that was happening, gave them match IDs, literally wrote novels, attached 30 screenshots with evidence of my innocence, to which they simply told me that I was banned by the PATROL SERVICE . Literally everything they answer me. Standard template answer. They don't respond to any of my points, they just do CTRL+C CTRK+V, and send me a link to an article about the patrol from 2021, which describes an old patrol system that actually worked, but has nothing to do with what is happening now. Recently, on a stream, the presenter was asked to look at the affairs of the patrol, to which he replied that this system completely disappeared for him 3-4 months ago, despite the fact that he had the maximum level of decency and politeness points. I asked two friends who have these figures of about 10 thousand, they also said that they do not have a patrol system. It has long been obvious that I do not receive these blocks from the patrol, I am banned solely because of the reports of these deranged people, but the support simply doesn’t care, the developers don’t care, and no one does anything about it. There are a lot of clips on YouTube where players from the highest ranks or even professional players simply throw reports at their teammates, saying “for prevention,” simply because something didn’t work out for one of them. What can we say about ordinary players with 3000 - 4000 thousand ratings, where these reports flow like rivers. Maybe someone can give advice on what to do about this... Where to go, where to complain about Dota support, where to appeal these idiotic bans in general. I don't know. It seems to me that if this happens again, I will be blocked from searching for a game for a month, despite the fact that I’m not a ruiner, I don’t break the rules, I don’t quarrel with teammates and everything like that.

As you have reasons to avoid the effort of playing as a full team other players have theirs. And this leads to matches without mutual obligations all involved players decided to take the risk for.

Well, no obligation. If I clicked on the game search button, I am at a minimum obliged to follow all the rules described by the developers and not break them. If someone violates them, he must be punished. As I already wrote at the beginning, I don’t care that I have ruiners or weak players on my team, no one is protected from this, what worries me is that they block my search and give me LP because of the reports of these players, although I haven’t broken a single rule of the game , played honestly and tried to win despite the fact that I have ruiners on my team, saying that I was banned by "PATROL", although this, well, under no circumstances could have happened, and those who sent me these reports start searching and continue to ruin in the new game, they will probably also be given integrity points for the fact that their complaint led to me being “punished”.

You're not gonna appeal this ban, being realistic with you.
The report system isn't great and sometimes people who are new or bad at the game get wronged and punished for it. My advice to you would be to stop all communication once your ban is over, and play in queue for a while to raise your BS (team mates won't report you if they are decent human beings).

Do you think I haven't tried this? I muted all the players at the beginning, turned on the music and just played, but after those very two or three games that I described in my first message, I still got low priority, even when I didn’t say a single word in these games, just because while I was playing, they were arguing with each other, I, of course, didn’t hear this, but this was probably the case, and after this swearing, they wrote out a report to each teammate for all 6 points, each of them, therefore, for 2-3 games with offended ruiners of the game I receive 8-12 reports on 48-72 points, the system sees that I am an incredible ruiner and blocks me, although this is not true. The patrol is not involved in all this in any way, the support does not want to understand these situations, so I am trying to give this broken system maximum publicity and draw the attention of the developers to this problem, because this simply cannot continue. And it’s okay if I played poorly, I could really understand why I get these bans, but the fact is that I play almost an order of magnitude better than the vast majority of those who end up on the same team with me, and they have no moral right throw reports at me for a bad game.

I get your frustration, try doing some co-op bots or party queue for a while until your bs improves. You need consistent matches without reports, It's a crabs in a bucket mentality down there.

About a month ago I played 15 matches in turbo, all the indicators after them remained in place without changes, after the previous ban I managed to play a certain number of matches in the rating, received quite a lot of likes, at some point I even thought that I was thrown out of this hidden pool, my decency and politeness increased according to the last report, but then it all happened again, literally in three games. In order for me to improve my behavior according to your system, I will need to play some unrealistic number of matches in some kind of turbo or unranked, which is simply impossible. My goal in this game is to play for results, to take part in the competitive component of the game, and not just to fill the hours in the hope that some behavior points will rise there and my search will no longer be blocked. The thing is that I don’t understand why I even have to get out of this swamp on my own, I have to look for some workarounds in order to just honestly play my favorite game. The developers released this reporting system in August, if I’m not mistaken, everyone instantly hated it, people shouted at a huge audience that they were being deprived of integrity points simply because their viewers ended up on their team and reported them for no reason. I don’t know how they got around all this, either Valve themselves give them immunity to reports, or the streamers themselves, with the help of some third-party services, raise their points, but there are dozens of streamers, and hundreds of thousands of ordinary players, and I try for everyone who encounters arbitrariness of this wretched system. I hope I achieve my goal.
