Yeah, ♥♥♥♥!
For instance with me, 99% of my reports are for jungling in games where my team is feeding, making bad plays, or just can't win a teamfight. I play turbo and jungle because I expect to win late game and need some items to do that. I have multiple post game screen shots where I single handedly won us the game and or contributed the most (MVP) yet still get reported or get even low prio on few occasions.
Whats fuc*ed is that if 3 people on your team reported you at the 10 minute mark the system gives no incentive for that person to continue trying, Sure you could win the game but it's not gonna take away your teams reports.
I always wished there was some "smart report" system that actually took into account how much you contributed.
Just last night I got mass reported by my team while I was playing 5. As the game is ending people start saying to "report me" and I say "What more can I do? Most DMG, Most kills and most support gold" and when the games ends everything I said was true.
And the result is they will has either (i) a reduction in behavior score or (ii) 5 low-priority games (if their behavior score already low enough).
TLDR, fix your behavior first, before complaining about the system :))
